Across industries, organisations are realising that Generative AI is fundamentally reshaping their relationship with their clients, ways of working and value propositions. Yet adopting AI is hard. Spearheading it, even harder. Most organisations struggle to move beyond experimentation.
But there are ambitious organisations who see this moment not as a threat, but as an opportunity. And in Flanders, we have all the right conditions to become a true #AIHub.
That's what Unprompted is about: a neutral, company-driven network where organisations move beyond experimentation and work together to shape what comes next.
What Unprompted Does
Unprompted exists to activate and connect an ecosystem. Through curated events, facilitated consortia and AI-specific workshop sessions, we create the conditions for collaboration and innovation by making shared challenges visible, connecting the right actors and enabling structured, meaningful interaction.
Unprompted follows the principles of an Innovative Business Network (IBN), prioritising coordination over execution, collaboration over competition and collective impact over individual solutions.
Our activities include:
Building and maintaining an active, company-driven ecosystem
Organising community events, workshops and thematic sessions
Facilitating working groups around shared challenges
Supporting matchmaking and early-stage collaboration between organisations
Making collective insights, patterns and learnings reusable for members

Unprompted is in the process of applying for recognition and support as an Innovative Business Network (IBN) under VLAIO.
Through this application, we aim to professionalise the coordination of the network, strengthen our neutral role within the existing ecosystem and help it grow for long-term impact. The outcome of this application is expected in May 2026.
